As you begin your project, you will need to identify a specific leadership role you strive for (e.g., business owner, HR Manager, IT Team Leader, Marketing Manager, etc.). Keep this specific leadership role in mind throughout every project section.
In this first section, you will:
- Describe what you would expect of yourself as a leader.
- What traits should you possess?
- What skills should you own?
- What tactics should you employ?
- Describe why these are necessary for you as a leader.
- The paper must include a definition of the leadership role or roles (formal or informal) you see yourself filling and a description of the traits, attributes and skills necessary to be a successful leader.
