Organizational stakeholders
Organizations—including non-profit and public organizations—are created for a variety of purposes, and they serve a range of stakeholders. At a foundational level, organizations have unique missions, visions, and initiatives, each of which must be clearly identified during the strategic planning process. In this Group Wiki, you develop the mission, values, and strategic initiatives for a non-profit or public organization. You also identify key stakeholders of the organization.

Briefly describe a new non-profit or existing government organization that you will focus on for your Final Project. Be sure to include the organization’s name.
Identify organizational stakeholders and explain how you might analyze stakeholders.
