integrated health promotion
The term “integrated health promotion” refers to working in a collaborative manner with the client and the interprofessional team using a mix of health promotion interventions and competency-building strategies to address priority health and well-being issues to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Using the information you gathered during the Health History (M1A1) and Genogram (M3A1) assignments, you are now ready to create an integrated health promotion plan for the same individual. Refer back to the Library’s Course Page for additional assistance on NIC and NOC.
ATT: WRITER Health History (M1A1) and Genogram (M3A1) assignments, are BOTH ATTACHED TO FILES.
