journal entry summary of what you discovered about yourself, management help

Question description
Here is where you post your journal entry after you have checked it in the ungraded section for plagiarism.
Here is what your journal entry should contain: After scoring the self-assessments and reading the chapters, write a summary of what you discovered about yourself this week by taking the assessments and reading about the concepts in the text.
Each journal entry needs to have five sections, mentioned below:
1. Your scores on the self-assessments for the week
2. How you compared to others (if there are norms)
3. Whether you think your score represents you well and why or why not
4. What you would do to change your score
5. How you’ve been able to apply the content to your own work organization
If you have taken 5 assessments for the week, the scores for all the assessments should be together, clearly labeled, then your comparisons to others should be all together, then the answer for #3 (for each assessment taken) and so on.
A journal is designed to reflect on new knowledge that is personally relevant and that has the potential to bring about growth and development. Self-examination is often uncomfortable, but it’s important to allow yourself to go wherever your journey takes you. Discovering more about yourself will, in the end, make you a better friend, team member, manager, and employee.
Remember to relate the self-assessments back to concepts in the textbook readings for the week. Please review the rubric for this assignment so you will be aware of the expectations and grading criteria.
You should keep your journal entries in a folder on your computer. At the end of the class, you will have a record of your progression through Organizational Behavior—both in your own words and through self-assessments.
TurnItIn has been enabled for this assignment so you must upload your submission as a Word Document or a PDF file. Please review the Plagiarism Policy below prior to submission.
Plagiarism Policy
Students should aim to have less than 5% matching on the TurnItIn report on submitted assignments. Any paper with 30% or more matching will not be accepted as original work. You will receive a grade of zero (0) for the assignment and I will submit an Academic Dishonesty Policy Incident report to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs who may take additional action. As a result, you may be required to take a 0 credit course (Academic Honesty in Context) before being allowed to register for the following semester.
Any paper with less than thirty percent will be reviewed for violations and if it is determined that there has been a violation of the Academic Dishonesty Policy, I will assign a grade of zero (0) for the assignment and submit an Academic Dishonesty Policy Incident report to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs who may take additional action (possibly including the requirement to take the Academic Honesty in Context course).
In concurrence with APA style writing, the use of direct quotes in papers is aggressively discouraged. It is preferred that you paraphrase and cite. Quotations will be included in the TurnItIn report as direct matches, so direct quotes will contribute to the overall percent of matching assigned by TurnItIn.
So that you may check the level of matching prior to final submission, a “Plagiarism Check” for all written assignments will be made available to you through the “Ungraded” option on Canvas. When you submit your final version, you must submit it in the “Graded” option.
Other assignments, including discussion board posts, journals, etc. may also be checked for plagiarism. Any assignments deemed to have been plagiarized will be assigned a grade of 0 and an Academic Dishonesty Policy Incident report will be submitted to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs who may take additional action (possibly including the requirement to take the Academic Honesty in Context course).
For group assignments, have the same student turn in the paper for each submission.
Per University catalog:
First plagiarism violation: 0 on the assignment
Second plagiarism violation at the university: fail the class
Third plagiarism violation at the university: Expulsion from the university
